Sawmill Cottage is a bright and fresh single storey timber cottage. It has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people, which makes this a perfect location for young families with plenty of space for children to play in the garden. It is also a romantic bolt hole for couples and dog walkers to enjoy all year round. The village is set in a picturesque valley, surrounded by rolling hills and wrapped around the river Brit. There is a tremendous community spirit in the village with the Village Hall often having activities and events. There is also an annual Village Gardens Open Event. A community playing field and playground is nearby, as well as Howards Wood which provides stunning woodland walks for people and their dogs. The village also has a stunning Church dating back to the 12th century. There is a lovely local pub nearby (10 minute walk), The Hare & Hounds in Waytown which has panoramic views. If you like wine, then just a few minutes drive away is Furleigh Estates Vineyards with its International Award Winning sparkling wines.
